ABOUT ME

IMG-20250622-WA0004.jpg

Hi, I'm

Monika Borek

I'm IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist (in Training), Health and Wellness Coach, Psychodietitian, Nutrition Therapist, Women's workshop and event facilitator, Mentor, Guide.

My mission is to support and guide individuals and corpoates in achieving overall well-being, encompassing physical health, mental well-being and emotional balance through yoga, nutrition and nervous system regulation.

But with the professional work aside, I am first and foremost a human who has experienced trauma and chronic health challenges, like chronic inmflammation. As a practitioner and space-holder, I come with empathy for and understanding of what it’s like to feel stuck, in pain, and living in a cycle that can’t seem to be escaped.

In the midst of my own journey I discovered just how possible it is to experience change and to cultivate a new relationship with our bodies and the world around us. Through learning the language of my body and how symptoms are messages, small changes began to show up.

Learning to heal yourself is an act of self-empowerment. Self Healing is not only possible, it is our reality as human beings, because no one outside of us can truly know what is best for each of us in our uniqueness.
