Each day you’ll be guided through a 10-minute somatic movement and yoga practice designed to support a specific nervous system state.

We use tiny movements, warmth, and orientation to gently re-enter connection.

A nourishing practice to integrate everything you’ve explored.


We support the body in settling into a sense of presence, choice, and embodied safety.
