Hatha is considered a gentle yoga that focuses on static poses and is great for beginners. However, even though it is gentle, it can still be physically and mentally challenging. TUESDAYS 7.30pm

Please note, a complimentary intake session is not included on a pay-as-you-go plan.

You need to book intake session first.

Price: £220 - for four in-person sessions
