WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
My yoga workshops go deeper than a regular class. They are an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and explore the wisdom your body holds — in a supported, trauma-informed space where you are free to go at your own pace.
Each workshop has a different therapeutic theme — from nervous system regulation and breathwork, to somatic movement, rest, and self-compassion. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for years, you are welcome here.
