My focus is on helping people recover from stress, anxiety & burnout through nervous system based yoga therapy.
Through personalised sessions & compassionate guidance, I support you in reconnecting with your body, restoring balance & moving towards greater health.

I'm IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist (in Training), Health and Wellness Coach, Psychodietitian, Nutrition Therapist, Women's workshop and event facilitator, Mentor, Guide.
My mission is to support and guide individuals and corpoates in achieving overall well-being, encompassing physical health, mental well-being and emotional balance through yoga, nutrition and nervous system regulation.
MY MISSION is to improve people's quality of life, restore balance and self-confidence in their lives through the wide range that yoga has to offer.
MY GOAL is to support your overall well-being, ensuring you feel seen, supported, and nurtured. Through our work together, I hope you experience love and compassion toward yourself.
