
1:1 Yoga Therapy Sessions
A private space to regulate, soften and come back home to your body.
From mid-March I’m opening 3 private 1:1 spaces for women who want to work with their body slowly, safely and with care.
This is not a class.
It’s a relationship with your body.
This work is for you if you feel tired of “pushing through”,if your body has been holding stress for a long time,or if you sense that your nervous system needs gentle, consistent support — not another quick fix.
6 × 60-minute private sessions (apart from the first one, around 75-minutes )
Each session may include:

Therapeutic & somatic yoga (adapted to your body)

Space to be fully seen

Nervous system regulation practices

Breathwork & gentle somatic inquiry

Restorative postures & deep rest

Support with pain, tension, burnout or emotional overwhelm, anxiety, peri/menopause
Everything is adjusted week by week, based on how your body actually feels.
Between sessions

Simple personalised practices to support you between sessions

Voice notes or short check-ins (gentle, not overwhelming)

A sense of being held — not left alone with the process
